A RAJKUMAR HIRANI FILM

First of all, I would like to say that I am a hard-core Hirani Fanboy and I approached this movie as a level of Hirani Style movie. At the end of the movie it satisfied my urge to watch that type of Fan packed Emotional Rollercoaster Ride. At this point Dunki and the team of Dunkers satisfied me.

The lead roles handled by SRK, Tapsee Pannu, Boman Irani, Vicky Kaushal and Anil Grover, etc. Almost everyone did their roles very well. Also the Technical department, Production team and every crew members efforts are visible throughout the film. So it's a Teamwork and Hirani won by conquering the hearts of the common people. The applause in the end credits are proven his craft. 

POSITIVES

SRK - This man is totally insane. He justified the character of Hardy and some minute expressions in some emotional moments was outstanding. As a performer SRK is just awesome. 

Vicky Kaushal Special Appearance - This is the soul of the whole movie which we will emotionally connected to that character and his life story. He did it nicely. It's an unforgettable character in his career. 

Technical Department - Cinematography and the Editing team given some stunning visuals in between the 'Dunki Journey' it was amazing especially the underwater sequences. 

Music - Pritam is my all-time favourite composer as always he is just nailed it. Background score was also nice.

NEGATIVES

In my personal opinion, it's the weakest script of Rajkumar Hirani's whole filmography. The first half is outstanding but in the second half especially the climax portions could be more better than this Cliche version. Anyway he managed it as giving a surprise twist. Still that climax isn't digested for me. Otherwise I didn't found any drawbacks in Dunki.

MY OPINION

Dunki is a Complete Package of Fun + Emotions packed Entertainer. But as a Hirani fan I am not completely happy because his level of filmmaking is everyone knows. Dunki is not upto that level. Otherwise it's a good theatre watch material. If you are a feel-good movie lover you will definitely love this flick. Just go for the Dunki Ride.
